Hello Shane,

I dont want to be a bother but I cannot seem to get my avatar to be anything other than a white box with a red X. Obviously I am not doing something correctly here, can you help me out?

It's possible your avatar is too large. The size limit is 50x50 pixels...try resizing it and if that doesn't work, send it to me and i'll see what i can do.
