OK, I admit it, this new and improved site has been in the works and talked about for a VERY long time yet life, projects, work and more life ultimately kept getting in the way of it's redux. But wait no longer as the new site is HERE and what's better, it's here right around our 8th Anniversary!
I'm not going to lie, I'm very excited about this! Not only does the site now have the framework to allow you, the user, to upload your own content, but it also features a slick new look which replaces our admittedly outdated design from when we launched 8 years ago.
It's hard to believe 8 years have passed since I launched the site. It's been an amazing experience which has lead to our tattoo participation at the Celebration conventions, the licensed Star Wars tattoo clothing from Shop Star Wars Dot Com, my book The Force in the Flesh, worldwide travel and media attention, and, most importantly, the life-long friendships I've forged with many of my fellow Star Wars tattoo afficianados from around the globe.
I never dreamt the site would become as popular as it has and I'm pleased that this new framework will allow the site to grow as never before. Since the last update, I have recieved hundreds of tattoo submissions and I imagine we can expect hundreds more in the coming months!
So what are you waiting for?! Start uploading those tattoos! There's plenty more news to come in the next few days and weeks so make sure you check back often or follow us on Facebook and Twitter to make sure you don't miss anything!
